Whilst looking for photos for my next blog I came across this and I just can't resist posting it. A lot of people think that because I train twice a day I can eat what I want. Far from it.
Having a carb heavy, sugar riddled diet makes you feel sluggish, breathless and generally heavy. I hear a lot of people on a day to day basis say how they have so much to do in so little time....and accomplish this with high sugared food and caffeine.....!!
By just making some simple changes in your diet and altering a few bad habits you could make a world of difference to your energy levels throughout the day and general mood, leaving your day to be a lot less stressful and happier.
Swap the stodgy cereal breakfasts for a couple of eggs, bacon and banana. Take out the sugary afternoon snacks and swap for a handful of nuts and a piece of fruit. Eliminate those sugary drinks and swap for herbal teas and water.
It doesn't have to be a new diet, a FAD or a massive lifestyle alteration. One step at a time....forwards, not backwards! #nutrition #health #eatclean
It is so easy to let time pass and be constantly looking forwards rather than breathing and living in the here and now.
Appreciate what you have achieved today and be appreciate towards those you have around you.
Money and possessions don't define a persons character or bring them happiness and love.
Remember to be kind and thoughtful to those you care about. It's too easy to think that people are already aware.
One kind word can go a long way.
