I hear from a lot of people how they feel that sleep is a luxury rather than a necessity. You might find that you prefer to stay up late, not getting to bed until 10pm-12pm and wake up with the kids/for work at 5-6am, whilst catching up on sleep debt at the weekends. You feel that its crazy talk that you need 8 hours of sleep a night, you feel fine!
However, there are detrimental effects to your health by not getting enough sleep.
A couple of my clients advised me to give this documentary a watch, a vlogger, Grace Victory, delving into the world of "clean eating".
She uses social media, speaking to those with a high following, and looking at their beliefs, how they lost weight and what their mantra is for living a "clean" lifestyle.
